I had my furnace cleaned because we were having issues with it being rather old. We hadn't cleaned it in years so we were worried. I got an appointment booked for the next day and Sean came by and cleaned us up real good. I even asked for a new hot water tank and got that done the next day as well. Everything was so easy and seamless. Definitely recommend to my friends!!!read more

Had one of the technicians come by to check out my furnace as it was having some issues. They said it was on its last legs but it might last another year or so but I was happy with the qoute they gave me for a new one and decided to have it installed. He was very professional and helpful as I know very little about how furnaces work but have a much better idea now. Will use Roma Heating for all my gas appliance needs in the future, thank you!read more

Nelson (also know as "Andy") came to my house on time and we were pleasantly surprised that he had brought shoe covers with him. I had told him about my experiences with other plumbers. He immediately put me at ease and told me "step by step" what he would be doing. Their were no hidden fees. Nelson is an honest and forthright person/ plumber. His actions re-enforced the credibility of Roma Heating LTD. He also gave me a lot of free advice on the maintenance of my boiler. I will definitely be a repeat customer.read more

Called Roma about 2 weeks ago, furnace had to be replaced so they ordered for me and came back 3 days later to install. Turns out I had to also replace my water tank due to space limitations. Shawn and Mo did an amazing job replacing and installing my furnace and new tankless water heater the same day. They worked 10+ hours to get everything installed, so I wouldn't be sleeping in the cold. Service was excellent, pricing was better than expected, responsiveness was quick, and installation was done properly and beautifully!!read more

After moving into our new home, we needed our gas fireplace to be cleaned, safety checked and serviced. Shawn came to our home to assist. He was prompt, polite, and professional. He used boot covers when he entered our home. Shawn took time to answer all of my questions, show me what he was doing and explain how I should maintain our gas appliances moving forward. I called in for annual service of my 2 fireplaces and furnace from Roma Heating. I called on Monday and although I wasn’t expecting it I asked if they had an opening for the next day as I was off and they were able to accommodate. The service is fantastic, and everyone here is friendly. The technician who came out was Andy along with his assistant which were both extremely friendly, knowledgeable,thorough and they came on time. Very professional. Highly recommended!!read more

Very satisfied with their service. I received a call about 90 min ahead of their arrival, and the guy named Andy, upon arrival, explained in detail to me what work he will do and how much the service charge is. Everything is transparent, My furnace is 10 years old, and after the inspection , he gave a fair evaluation, i.e. my furnace is still in good state, and can last longer but he also cautioned me about the potential high fees since the 10 year warranty expires. So in short, I like their service and will continue to do so down the road. Thanks Roma and keep the good work.read more
